Mountain trout

Our mountain trout grows naturally in cool mountain waters, giving it firm consistency, rich flavor, and outstanding meat quality. This fish, which has been part of Nordic food culture for generations, is as perfect for everyday as it is for gourmet dishes — a real taste experience from the mountains.

Char

The char is also often referred to as the “queen of the mountains”, and that says something about the position it has held in society over the years.

Rainbow trout

Rainbow trout or "Regnbåge" in Swedish are silver-glossy with a pink band along the side — hence the name.
